When my CSE was running to good, i.e. seemed to have more boost than normal (I never tried to push it so didn't hit fuel cutoff) I cleaned the BPC and it went back to normal. The BPC on my car is located next to the upper radiator hose inlet and has three vacuum hoses going to it. Can't remember what I cleaned it with maybe WD-40. I read about cleaning it on this forum so you may want to do a search. Might be worth a try.
