That particular 9kT has come and gone from Phoenix Craigslist for a year and a half if not two years now. The price has slowly drifted down from stupid (north of $7k) to its now-moderately insane price.
It's hard to tell the degree of pristine-ness of the car from pics, but with the ABS issues already existent, it's likely overpriced, by a good grand or so. The last minty early 9kT I saw was in St. Louis, not that long back, in the mid-$4k range.
The challenge is that the ABS issues could be as simple as a bad relay, fuse connection or accumulator (not impossible to find, btw), but it could go as far as the pump, valves or other expensive and relatively unobtainium bits. As for searching for other ABS bits, prepare to search nationwide, if not further.
Me? I'd try to find an '86 or '87. '87 if you want that color combo.
