Early Outer CV Boot

Any one know of a source or substitute for the early 99 outer boot shown? On this one the clamp edge is only 1/2" from the large end of the boot. 75 and up seem to clamp further away. I'm also in search of the small boots that cover the ends of the handbrake cables.
