Ben, I'm pretty sure you will need only backing plates, rotors with bearings and seals, and calipers. I think your cars inner drive joints and axles would be the same as the '67 V4 cars. I'm not sure that the flex lines are the same. If you are sourcing parts it is probably easier to get complete hub assemblies with calipers from a V4 car. Calipers will need to be rebuilt and rotors turned if not too worn. New rotors are available. While you are this far in make sure to service the drive joints and make sure the boots are good.
