I have owned one 95 special and one 96 special. You are right so far on everything. The 95 special I had did have the correct speedo but it was in kilometers per hour. Not sure if it was a Canadian market car, or maybe somebody converted it later on. In my opinion, one of the coolest models Saab made, a factory sleeper.
