I think it might be the lower hose or a blockage somewhere. It is a clean, rebuilt radiator. It has a new thermostat, but it acted the same with no thermostat installed. If I turn on the heater, the temperature lowers to normal but only for a moment and it is back to what the picture shows and stays there. It does seem to run a little cooler at lower speeds as I mentioned, but the outside temperature does not make a difference at all. I plan to check the hose tomorrow. Thanks!
