Need Advice - Horn Wire

I can't tell you why but my car continues to pull/shred the Horn Wire. I realized it needs slack for deep turns left / right. Wire goes from column through the wheel hub to the button. I use a Moto-Lita hub / wheel but I can tell the previous owner with normal wheel had the same issue.
What's the trick to keeping the wire from getting pulled or separated?
