Dear Saab Club,

I think you are my only and last chance that i can get help. i have 2003 SAAB ARC 4 door sedan model. I bought my car 5 years ago. I really enjoy to drive my car.

Unfortunately, my car's biggest problem with the electrical system. sometimes pinch protection does not work. sometimes window roll up and down does not work. when i have the problem i was taking my car to the OAKLAND SAAB SERVICE.

THESE GUYS ARE MONEY SUCKERS!!!!!

Just two weeks ago, i took my car to the service just for oil change. somehow they told me that they have to do complete service and they charged from me 400 $.

YEsterday when i run my car, i realized that A/C does not work. Then today i took my car to the service. although my car was in their service in two weeks ago, they told me that for diagnosis test, they want to charge 175 $.

PLEASE SOMEBODY HELP ME? WHENEVER THERE IS A SMALL OR BIG PROBLEM WITH MY CAR, I CAN NOT TAKE IT TO THE SERVICE AND PAY LOT OF MONEY FOR THAT.

WHAT SHOULD I DO? PLEASE ADVICE SOMETHING TO ME. I REALLY LIKE MY CAR. BUT I DO NOT WANNA PAY LOT OF MONEY TO THE MONEY SUCKERS. AND I DONT LIKE THEIR ATTITUDE. THEY ALWAYS RIGHT. THEY JUST NEED MONEY. NOTHING ELSE.

PLEASE HELP ME.
