For the good of the board, my windshield replacement experience along with a question about LED turn signal hyperflash. Had a windshield crack from a rock chip in my 2010 9-5 Aero. Safelite took a month to determine that they had no access to a replacement. Luckily I had bookmarked theSAABsite.com and happened to check there and found they had them in stock. After some problem with the online ordering function I gave them a call and the windshield arrived in a couple weeks. 'Tweren't cheap: about $900 plus shipping but it was OEM and none of us owns one of these things to save money. A local auto glass guy installed it today, good as new.

After replacing them a number of times, I'm trying the LED replacement for the H21 halogen bulbs in the rear turn signals that keep burning/melting out. I found an April 2015 posting by andys that describes a resistor installation that corrects the consequent hyperflash. Anyone had experience with this or other solutions?
