Quick answer - no. 14.6 volts gives information on how the alternator is charging the battery, but voltage readings typically do not give reliable information with regards to the overall health of the battery (unless the voltage reading is crazy low like 2.3 volts). There are various way to assess the health of the battery such as with AVR load testers, oscilloscopes, or even electronic battery analyzers (as I call them) such as the one in the following link (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01M0ARG3X/ref=as_li_tf_tl?ie=UTF8&camp=1789&creative=9325&creativeASIN=B01M0ARG3X&linkCode=as2&tag=thesaabnetwork). If you want to assess the health of the battery you could purchase one of the electronic battery analyzers (not sure how good the information is off of the cheaper ones) off of Amazon (as an example) or bring it to a local repair shop and have them assess it for you. With that all said, if your goal is reliable daily driving (vs the budget), just go ahead and replace the battery with a good one (i.e. 30 or 42 month warranty). Hope this helps.
