sold my '00 9-3 with 3,000 miles to get a 2001 325i. Now there is a good chance i might have to relocate to Denver CO. I would not mind the the 9-3 turbo in the high alt. with its turbo ?(YES) and FWD would be nice also. If i knew this was going to happen i'd have kept it !! My 325i is going to be out of its element. How weak will the elevation make my car ? is it going to have to "breath" heavier ? will this wear out the engine sooner ? what about gas mileage ? I keep have vision of my BMW choking for air. Anyone have a non-turbo in high elevation ? what will I really notice ?
At sea level, the 325i has been a real pleasure.
