I bought my 9 3 SE 5dr stick, loaded, in the week between christmas and new years (the best week of the year to buy a car). Salesmen and dealerships will do most anything to move a few more units for their year-end numbers.

I purchased in CT. The lease incentive at the time was that Saab would put
$2000 as a cap cost reduction if the buyer put down $999. But remember, regardless of their incentives, you still negotiate the price of the car FIRST. I chose to put another 1500 on top of the 999 because I had some extra money, and it would lower my monthly payment. Bottom line, I got the car at 600 UNDER dealer invoice. You have to learn how to calculate the lease payment before making an offer.
