Front Drivers Side Leather Heated Seat

I have 1,400 miles on the car and the Driver's Seat has this indentation in it the shape of my butt. The leather has lossed its stiffness and looks loose fitting. I weigh less than 200lbs and am very gentle when I sit down.
Anyone out there have this experience with there seats? Is it that I use the seat heaters a lot? Is this normal wear on a leather seat? Am I being too pick or should this be replaced?
