My 2000 9-3S rolled just like my 1995 900S Turbo, which I found disoncerting on fast lane changes on the 401 highway and country road. Went to Dan Sarony, the local Abbott and other dealer in Toronto. He suggested Koni adjustable shocks and B&G springs. A shop 100 feet away put them on. Total was CAD $1500 or so. No roll, and super crisp handling with the shocks set at 1 turn clockwise. Next step is to add the Viggen rescue kit which should sort out the rest of the 9-3 handling flaws. SO in addition to the CAD 34,000 that the car cost, I have spent $1500 plus 4 BFG 215/50R-16 G-Force tires plus 4 Mille Miglia 5 spoke weels from the Tire Rack (I bought the S since I didn't want leather, power seats etc). Sold the original rims and tires for CAD $1000. I guess that I'm out CAD $2250 to get a car that handles sweetly. Add the Viggen Rescue kit and you see what Saab should have done to begin with. Still miles cheaper than an equivalent Audi and much more versatile.
