I had a similar problem with my 99 9-3 SE. I took the car to my friends shop after the dealer aligned it (which did no good) and discovered the problem. Basically the only adjustment is Toe. Toe adjustments will not fix this problem. I don't recall the name of the measurement that was off but it was corrected by loosening the cradle that supports the entire front suspension engine etc, I think it was only 4 or 6 bolts and then the entire assembly was shifted using long pry bars while another person re tightened the bolts. The reason for the pull was that one tire was ahead of the other. If you measure the distance from the edge of the tire to the fender on both sides of the car you will be able to tell if this is the problem with yours. On my car the difference was over 1/2" from one side to the other. When they finished the difference was less than 1/4" and the car went much straighter. I believe this is just a manufacturing defect that causes the holes to be misaligned. I little force and someone willing to apply it should help fix the problem. If you are near Sacramento CA I can give you the name of my friends shop.
