Your Saab dealer can install the Saab Sports exhaust, then he or you will have a new take off system to sell.
With the new model, you will not need to remove a turbo discharge silencer, nor rework the trottle body transistion casting that is not there any more. You will have a much better intercooler as well.
The Viggen will have lots of HP! Some dealers install and support the use of the Abbott ECU's as well.
The wastegate actuators can be adjusted a wee bit to get faster turbo spool up. This does not change the boost in the high gears. Possibley the boost in 1st gear might be slightly increased in this fashion.
The K&N filter is something that you should do. For that model year, you will have to find out what filter works, as there have been some changes to the filter box. Some models can have one of two different filter boxes in the same model year! Getting a K&N for the Viggen has also been difficult. At one point, the only source was Abbott.
