but you are not alone. The suspension has faults but in my mind ride harshness is not one of them. In theory different tires or even dropping down to a 15" rim (I assume you have the 16") with appropriate tire could help. Then there is springs and shocks but they will cause as many problems as they solve. The short answer is that this is the nature of the car. It is part of the reason that the car is a relatively good handling car and it is part the car's sporting character. Suspension on the 900 wasn't worse as far as ride but both the 9-3/900 have handling faults, however, again I don't think that the ride is one of them but I guess we are all different and have different tolerances.
Be glad it didn't come with a hot girlfriend because at least this way you get to keep the car. If it did come with a hot girl friend she would probably disappear with the car. It wouldn't be the first time.
