I'll talk to my dealer next week, since I will be going there for my 40k mile service. Hopefully, I'll be able to talk them into doing it for nothing, but dealing with Germans can be a bit difficult. The mechanic who did my 30k mile service tried to charge me double for removing the wheels because of the hub rust problem that causes the wheels to be difficult to remove. The salesman, he handles the actual billing was nice enough to remove that portion though.
I guess I'll have to remove my boost controller so they don't try to use that as an excuse for my problem. The good thing is that this is easy, as you know. Also, as I looked a bit more, I noticed that the stain actually runs quite a bit down the block which means the leaks been there a long time. It is however wet near the source of the leak. I am a aircraft hydraulic technician in the Air Force and I know what I am looking at when it comes to leaking fluids! Neither my oil or coolant levels are low at all so the leak is pretty minimal. I'll let you know what happens.
