Take the wheel off, use a wire brush to knock off the rust, and carefully spray some clear-coat rustoleum on the offending components. Most hardware stores have it. You could also pick a dark color but it might show more than you'd like.
Try not to get any on your rotors. If you do, be sure to hit your brakes hard a couple of times just to make sure all rusto has been removed.
Total cost: Less than $7 bucks.
