Stripped screws are a pain in the arse, but a pair of vice grip pliers or one of the bolt out tools should work. They don't have to much torque on them. You should be able to get new screws from saab for pretty cheap, but you could get some anyware. Just make sure they are the same length size and have the same tread pitch. take in one of the old ones and match them up. Good luck.
