Definitely the swaybar bushings. They are pretty hard to get to and change without dropping the subframe. I had the same problem and changed mine while I was replacing my clutch. Spraying some lubricant in the area will silence it for a few months....so you may want to go that route until you have a bigger reason to have the car apart and can change them at that time.
