I would only remove stuff you would want to reuse. Too many mods, especially the perfomance type, make the car look like it has been abused and will scare most people away. From what you listed, I don't think your down that road very far.
By the way, what kind of iPod hookup to you have? I have a FM modulator in my '02 9-3 and I'm not happy with the sound quality.
