That elbow hose is shown as available from eEuroparts for less than $50. The vacuum line check valve comes in several styles and shapes. It's more important that it is a snug fit on the vacuum hose. They do get brittle and are prone to disintegrating with age and heat. I'm of the opinion that it might be wise to replace the hose since it is a factory part and is available. With the uncertainty of replacement parts availability it could be that the part you want would be on long back order when the crank finally splits wide open.
