7 are for hard drivers that runs their cars hotter and 6 are for most drivers that drives gently.

7's can be bad for very careful drivers in cold weather since the plug can get fouled up by the gentle driving style.

The VIN on your car would reveal what engine you have. If the 8th digit is P you have the B204R HOT engine but if it is N, you have the lesser hp B204L engine.
