Don't know who said the 99 9-3 didn't need marry and divorce or that it needed a 4 digit code instead but that person was wrong as far as US spec cars go. Don't know anything about the rest of the world myself.
The 4 digit code ended with the 98 900 here in US.

So with the new Viggen radio, if it has been properly divorced from that car using a Saab Tech 2, you only need to marry it to your car with a Saab Tech 2.

If it hasn't been properly divorced, you need the full VIN of that car, a Tech 2 and a person that knows where to go and do the divorce/marry procedure in DICE.
