To be honest, this is one reason there is no Viggen CV keeping my coupe company in the driveway. Aftermarket is about $1400 for new lines, rebuilding of your pistons, plus shipping two ways and install. All I've read says when the system begins to fail, replace everything or you'll have problems for years...and these systems are at an age that if the work hasn't been done, it only a matter of time when it's your problem. Micro switches are another issue but much more durable than the hydraulics. Apparently these guys are the best:

Do lots of research as there are ways to detect early leaks. Not sure if frequency of roof use has a bearing on longevity or of infrequency is worse due to seals drying out.
Viggen CV have to be the best looking SAABs ever built IMO but I will probably never own one.
