Yes, however my suspension/subframe still pops after I replaced ALL bushings with poly in the stanchion arm and control arm, including the sway bar. Similar to you, it occurs most frequently when reversing. I would say the frequency and circumstances are about the same (and definitely no worse) since replacing. In retrospect I wish I would have used OE rubber replacements instead of poly. Besides the bushing, that stanchion bolt can get rusty and worn just under the head and possibly contribute some play, so if you're able to source fresh bolts, do it.
There is an old post that discusses the strut mounts as another possible source. Some have also re-torqued or replaced the subframe bolts. There's a number of threads on this topic too.
