Do OEM springs "wear out" NG900, 1995 900S 283k miles?

Since new cars cost too much and I'm now retired, I decided to just keep my STOCK '95 900S 5 speed B234, 283k miles. Mechanically sound, but could use a paint job and new drivers seat (leather).
Goal is to bring back original ride quality (no lowering or speed-racer pretentious ness). Will probably go OEM all around front/rear struts/shocks or Bilstein B4 rear and OEM fronts (unless commented to do otherwise).
CONCERN: with 283,000 miles on the springs, do they need to also be replaced? I have a set of rear springs liberated from a wrecked 2001 or 2002 9-3 with less than 100k miles on them if memory serves me well, but what should I do with the fronts, should I buy new ones (OEM)? Are OEM springs even available?
Thanks in advance.
Oh, another thing. Car was used to transport carloads of granite tiles during home remodeling so there was a LOT of weight in those rear shocks transporting BOXES of that tile.
