If I were to sell my car, 2000 CV with 75K miles and reasonably well maintained but some niggly things still to take care of, I don't think the price would be much different than what I paid nearly 4 years ago. Even after factoring in the cost of the improvements/repairs I have performed.
Car was advertised for $7400. I paid $6800. Prices seem to have stabilized there with the exception of near pristine examples. Beat up old dogs are under $3K.
