Are you *sure* you put it in the transmission? It'd be quite difficult to accidentally pour engine oil into the 1/2" filler tube for the transmission. But, if you really did you're probably fine-ish. You don't want the transmission overfilled, especially by a full quart, and you probably don't want to displace that much ATF with a foreign fluid. I'd get that extra quart out ASAP, then I would do a few drain/refill cycles, emptying the cooler with each go. You'll get 4-5 quarts out of each cycle; the total capacity is just shy of 8 quarts. Three or so passes and it should be good to go.
You need a 24mm wrench (or shallow socket) to get the drain plug out, and a 19mm socket for the cooler banjos. I'd recommend replacing the drain plug washer and the four cooler banjo washers with the last flush. It's about $15 worth of parts from eeuro.
