It is common that the tie rods freeze up. Try verry little heat and that sometimes works but dont get at all carried away as this may damage the end. If that does not work, it takes very little effort to remove the tie rod with the end from the rack housing. Place in a vice and then you can put ample pressure to free up. Clean threads and install a anti sieze and reinstall. Set toe in and you will be set for the next alignment when needed.
