In a situation like this you need to attend to several basics. This include the plugs, injectors, fuel, wires, distributor cap and rotor.
The distributor cap, rotor and wires need to be clean and dry. So remove and and clean them, you can use soap and water and bake them dry at 200F in the oven. You can dress the wires and cap etc with Armour All, and rebake. It has excellent dielectric properties. Wipe off any excess afterward. If they appear clean, skip of this.
Remove and inspect/regap the plugs. Are they the correct plug? The color of the insulators should be the same in each cylinder. If not this might indicate uneven fueling, caused by fouled injectors. Time for new plugs?
Clean the injectors with Techron Concentrate.
Get some fresh fuel, not at a discount off brand place. Good fuel this time of year should have plenty of anti icing properties. I suppose you might have an icing problem that is starving the fuel system. If you decide to try some gas antifreeze, get one that has isopropyl alchol in it.
