Is your clutch petal ungaging at the same height as before?
A problem such as yours is caused by a bushing that fails in the linkage. But the usual compaint involves the reverse gear. It would be good to contact your dealer about this. It is probably not something that you are going to tweak and have go away.
What year and model? miles?
