95 900SE V6 Automatic Convertible 62k, $13,490

I have not went to see it yet, what should I look for? What are the problem areas behind this vehicle, the V6? Timing Belt Replacements? AutoTranny? I would be the first year of the new style convertible, were there lots of problems?

I would also like any positive info, esp if you own this vehicle, with the V6 especially, how is the power?

Also can the rear seats be folded down in a convertible to make space to carry stuff?..Thank
