pvc is not meant for intake plumbing. it is not heat tolerable. between the exhaust manifold and the turbo located directly beside the intake work, there is way too much heat to even consider using PVC. instead, try to find some aluminum that you can use, and give it a top coat of ceramic material. this is an excellent heat shield for your intake tubes.
