Being intermittent I would suspect that the computer (ECM or ICE) is not the problem. Typically when solid state electronics goes it goes completely.

Your description sounds much more like and intermittent connection. My first thought is a Grounding Point. This is where the ground connections for groups of circuits are brought together and grounded to the chasis. I think there are about 18 of these connection points. I know that doesn't help but the somewhat random association of the circuits effected make me believe it could be one of these. They are worth checking.

However, i can't find an appropriate grouping for you.
windows and sunroof connect to G14
heater fan and wipers connect to G33P, however so does the ICE so if G33P was loose I think you would loose much more.
