The Passenger front window (4 Door) doesn't raise or lower. I can hear the motor running and if I press it to 'raise' the window to it's limit, I can see the glass move just a little when the mechanism makes contact with the bottom of the glass.

I removed the two Torx screws at the bottom of the door but I don't know how to proceed with removing the interior so that I can see what happened to the window lifting mechanism.

How can I remove the cover from the door so I can see what happened inside??

Any ideas on what 'broke' inside the door??
