This link will take you to posts on the install of the Abbott material on my 95SET.
There are some similar items available from a Swedish company, I cannot remember any details. Their subframe brace looked impressive, but I seem to recall thinking that is would complicate some service procedures. But that would have to be looked at afresh. I think that only Abbott has the sperical steel bearings to replace the rear rubber bushings on the lower control arms.
I spoke to an individual from the east coast who was concerned that the urethane bushings that replace the mushy rubber hydraulic bushing would increase road noise or harshness. This will not happen. Verical loads are transmitted up through the tire, wheel, hub, strut to the frame. The large bushing is not in the path at all. This bushing and the radius rod simply keep the strut from flopping around. The ball joint is also not in the load path, and also keeps the bottom of the strut located.
About costs. You may find this in the linked threads. Note that during the install, worn tie rods and ball joints could be discovered. I did not have any such problems with 110000 miles on my 95SET.
You can study the Abbott materials at http://www.abbottracing.com, there is a dealer http://www.abbottamerica.com who several of us have dealt with.
