It sounds like you checked the coupling clamps on the throttle body casting. If loose, you would loose some boost but that would not cause any mis firing or roughness. Same goes for the two 10mm bolts.
Did you check that the intake air temperature sensor that screws into the transition casting has its electrical connector properly seated?
The stored empty tank would breath a lot with changes in temperature and pressure. With that amount of air in the tank, some condensation and gumming is possible. Water is best removed with an isopropyl alchohol additive. Get a fuel system cleaner to attack possible gum. But solids from the tank should be captured by the fuel filter. There will be an intake screen on the fuel pump that could possibley get restricted. I know that you cannot get Techron Concentrate there, but there are numerous products of that type. With a full tank, perhaps it will disperse while the vehicle remains in storage.
We had a few days of 60F weather here, then a day of heavy rain, followed by an ice storm, lots of sleet on top and snow on the way. It was great to drive in nice weather. I am sure the pressures to get your Saab on the road were very strong.
It does sound like fuel starvation. But with so much technology, you can never know for sure. Have a great weekend!
