Like Bill said, that is not a common modification, and so will likely be expensive. The most cost effective path would be to sell your car and buy a low mileage SET that's in great condition. If you want something unique, then yank your n/a 2.3 and drop in a turbo 2.3 from a 9000 using Viggen parts.
You could "just" bolt a turbo on to your existing engine, but the power gains would be small. The boost would be limited by compression that is spec'd for an n/a engine, not to mention cam timing and the like. The fuel delivery system might need to be upgraded, as well as the ignition system. The Saab factory turbos use a completely different ignition system from the n/a engines. A proper turbo conversion would entail a complete overhaul of the engine, with new pistons, cams and valves.
Your best bet in continuing down this road would be to start talking to some of the Saabnet advertisers, the aftermarket, independent shops instead of the dealers. See what they have to say and where they might point you. I have heard of a couple ng900's retrofitted with 9000 2.3T engines, so it is do-able.
good luck,
Mike
