Doesn't happen all the time, but enough to be annoying. The needle will occasionally peg all red if I let it by not watching it closely. This is why I suspect the valve on the Turbo unit. I had it looked at and it got better by cleaning the linkage...I'm just wondering if I should just replace the valve altogether. The problem will only occur standing on the water pump in 3rd gear. My plugs are only a year old and I believe they're the stock NGK that i got from my dealer. Is there any lube I should use on the linkage...high temp stuff etc?
#2 I do have the square K&N so can I modify the air box by just pulling out the part you mentioned? Thanks for your reply.
