My check enging light had come on a couple of times just after I filled up with gas (I have made sure that the cap is on tight). The error code is P0442- A small leak exists in the evaporative emission control system. It only happens if I do not drive far after filling up. I just noticed that when I filled up at a station close to my house and drove home, after stopping some gas leaked onto the ground. Has anyone else had this problem. Is it something I could diagnos and fix myself (I just got my Saab and have just started to learn to do my own repairs...), or should I take it to the shop?
