Welcome to the area!

Its a crazy market, unless you know the exact area/neighborhood your going to buy in, I would rent until you can get a feel for the area. That being said, hear that there are some great deals/foreclosures to be had.

In MD, check out Eric at Viking Automotive in Gaithersburg (http://www.vikingsaab.com/) not close but worth the drive. Saab of Baltimore (http://www.saabofbaltimore.com/)is a sponsor for the Carlisle event. Saabs at Carlisle is great event, (http://www.centralpennsaab.com/) and coming up soon.
