And I recall the $5.00 waste of natural resources ticket that Montana used to issue...but never paid one...as well as the "reasonable and prudent." I'm a NorCal native, so I wasn't up this way too much back then...and I wasn't even a driver until 1995, so the double nickel thing is a distant memory!
