$40 for four, complete with new stems and balance. For $2.50 each additional, you can get lifetime balance. I work near several big tire stores, they have all done substandard work and/or messed up alloy rims. Walmart has been pretty good so far, and they actually use a real torque wrench for the final bolt tightening.

Note that you must mount the exact size that is specified for your car - they refused to mount tires to the 16" Aero rims that I had since the spec for a CS car calls for 15" wheels, but they did mount them as a carry-in off the car - not a big deal as I was switching from snow tires on 15" wheels to summer tires on 16" wheels. Lawyers at work no doubt.
