Hemmings Sports & Exotic Car has an article written just for you in its current (February 2010) issue. It's six pages (80-85) on the 1978 Saab 99 turbo, but I think much of the info on clubs, parts and specialists could be extrapolated. It even gives ball park prices for the '78 99 -- Low - $1,000; Avg - $4,000; High - $8,000. Good luck, and be careful what U wish 4. There are similarities between cars and spouses:-)
