Aren't they just ads through sister Saab of Troy and Saab of Lakeside (Elder Auto Group) dealerships?

Perhaps they dropped their Saab franchises and are selling remaining stock through their other stores e.g. Elder Ford, Jaguar of Troy (right next to Saab dealership), Jaguar of Lakeside (right next to Saab dealership), etc.?
