Wasn't part of ours though. Making a day out of getting routine, warrantied service certainly becomes a more of a hassle than a chore. And we thought a 50 year old establishment would have some longevity. But that's not the point of my post.

My point was the cascading effect that this had on SAAB's future here in one of America's most established SAAB markets. I suspect there are more like us don't feel it's worth it to have to travel 70 miles for a 30K mile checkup, much less buying a new car.
