Even if GM is in the wrong as Victor Muller states, and should have no say on the new agreement, this could lead the court on Monday to deny reconstruction moving forward. (GM's announcement is probably timed to encourage such an outcome.) Or, failing that, GM may refuse to continue to provide the tech needed for current models, with a long and expensive court battle required to challenge that action. posted by 184.171.16...
