How could a purchaser build anything resembling current Saabs without GM cooperation on a major scale? The bodies themselves are GM platforms. The engines are GM based. Many parts thoughout the vehicle are GM.
No GM, no current Saab.
Outside of that, there is a factory with some tooling. A workforce? Maybe, but many will have cast their lot elsewhere.
